All prices quoted are AUD, ex GST and ex-factory.
Quotations are vaild for 30 days from date of issue
All prices are ex-factory. Delivery is at additional cost and is dependent on volume and location.
ORDERS AMMENDMENTS or CANCELLATIONS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered are correct and meet their requirements. Any amendments or cancellations post processing will result in all incurred costs being invoiced to the customer, including, but not limited to, the full cost of non-house fabric orders.
Fineseat reserves the right to amend these price categories at any time.
The fabric meterage in the price list is for non-patterned and non-repeat fabrics. The warranty on fabrics is limited to that given by the manufacturer, agent or supplier.
All costs incurred with customer specified fabric, including, but not limited to, surcharges for low meterage or delivery will be invoiced to the customer.
Fineseat reserves the right to reject fabrics or leathers deemed unsuitable for upholstery on our products.
All product brochures including specifications, dimensions and images as well as physical samples are intended as a guide only. Fineseat reserves the to alter, modify or change the dimensions, design or construction of any items without prior written notice.
Draughtsman options on task chairs are not recommended for high back chairs. Chairs that are AFRDI approved to AS/NZS 4438:1977 with this option will not meet the stability requirements of AS/NZS 4438:1977. Chairs purchased with draughtsman options are done so at and foam is the risk of the purchaser and Fineseat cannot be held responsible for any stability related problems.
Fineseat warrants its products to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship for the period designated on the price page or otherwise as agreed to in writing. This warranty is made to original users acquiring the product directly from Fineseat or it’s authorised dealers. The original user’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Fineseat's option. Fineseat or it’s designated agents will perform any warranty work. This warranty shall not apply to any products that need to be repaired or replaced due to damage caused by negligence, abuse, accident or shipping. It will also not apply when product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished other than by Fineseat or an authorised agent or because of natural variations in materials over which Fineseat has no control. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labour except as agreed to with Fineseat.
The chair warranty is based on an eight hour, single shift workday and for users weighing up to and no more than it’s recommended weight capacity.
Specific warranty details and weight restrictions will be provided at time of quotation.
The warranty on fabrics and foam is limited to that given by the manufacturer, agent or supplier.
Fineseat house fabrics are warranted for a period of 3 years.
This warranty is NOT applicable to end user customers who use Fineseat’s products for rental purposes.
Orders up to $50,000 AUD require a 30% deposit at time of order placement. Balance is to be paid post delivery within 30 days of invoice.
Orders over $50, 000 AUD require a 50% deposit at time of order placement. Balance is to paid post delivery within 30 days of invoice.
Fineseat will not order fabric or commence manufacturing until the requested deposit has been made.
All goods remain the property of Fineseat until full payment has been received.
DEBT COLLECTION COSTS
If the purchaser does not adhere to Fineseat’s credit terms and charges are incurred to recover moneys due, the customer will be charged for the collection commission and any legal fees.
Delivery times will be arranged once goods are ready to be dispatched.
If you are unable to accept delivery within 7 days of the nominated date, the invoice is to be paid in full. In addition a storage fee of 10% of the cost of the goods will be charged per week.
